I’m a UX design team leader and practitioner with 10+ years experience. I’ve helped companies build complex enterprise systems, launch ecommerce and ticketing apps, and grow from 0 to 1 to acquisition.

I focus on understanding business and market strategy while ruthlessly advocating for customers. I take pride in working with teams to develop validated, end-to-end Northstar visions, while strategically mapping out iterative development to meet our goals.

I’m passionate about creating inclusive UX teams and communities. I co-founded the 3,300+ member Seattle Women of Design & UX community, champion inclusive design practices, processes and hiring, mentor folks entering UX, and teach.

Outside of UX, I nerd out in Dungeons and Dragons games, embroider, listen to true crime podcasts, and spend time with my polydactyl cat, Maisie.
